Terms & Conditions of Sale
These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed with Wild Things Flowers (Mayfair) through our website, by telephone, by email, or in store. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. About us
We are Wild Things Flowers, trading from 47 Davies Street, Mayfair, London, W1K 4LY. Our contact email is hello@wildthingsflowers.co.uk and our shop opening hours are Monday to Saturday 08:00–19:00 and Sunday 10:00–18:00, subject to seasonal changes.
2. Products
All products are subject to availability. Flowers are seasonal and perishable, so colours, varieties, sizes, and presentation may vary from the photographs shown on our website.
3. Substitution
We reserve the right to substitute flowers, foliage, containers, or packaging with items of a similar style, quality, and value where necessary due to seasonal availability, supply issues, or quality concerns. Where a significant substitution is required, we will aim to use the closest suitable alternative.
4. Orders
An order is only accepted once payment has been received and we have confirmed the order. We may refuse or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, delivery information is incomplete, or we reasonably believe the order cannot be fulfilled.
5. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling. Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown at checkout. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.
6. Delivery
We offer same-day London delivery on selected orders and collection from our Mayfair shop, subject to availability, order timing, and delivery capacity.
Deliveries are made to the address provided at the time of ordering. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the recipient’s name, address, contact number, and delivery instructions are accurate.
If the recipient is unavailable, we may leave the order in a safe place, with a neighbour, concierge, or reception where appropriate, or attempt redelivery, which may incur an additional charge. Risk in the goods passes on delivery.
7. Peak dates
During busy periods, including Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, and other high-demand dates, delivery times cannot be guaranteed and we may need to limit changes, use suitable substitutions, or apply special delivery arrangements. Orders placed for peak dates may not be changed or cancelled once preparation has begun.
8. Collection
Where collection is selected, orders must be collected during our opening hours unless otherwise agreed. We are not responsible for deterioration in flowers once the order has been collected.
9. Cancellations and changes
Because flowers are perishable and many arrangements are made to order, requests to change or cancel an order must be made as early as possible. We cannot guarantee that amendments or cancellations can be accepted once preparation has started or the order is out for delivery.
10. Returns and refunds
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs where relevant. Because flowers are perishable, complaints must be made promptly after delivery or collection so that we can assess the issue fairly.
We will review complaints on a case-by-case basis and, where appropriate, may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund. We do not offer refunds simply because flowers vary naturally in colour, size, or bloom stage.
11. Events and bespoke work
For party, event, wedding, or other bespoke floral work, all quotations are estimates unless expressly confirmed in writing. Event work may be subject to separate written terms covering deposits, hire items, setup, breakdown, venue access, cancellations, and final payment deadlines.
12. Product care
Flowers are perishable and their lifespan depends on the flower type, environment, and aftercare. Customers should follow any care instructions provided, including refreshing water, trimming stems, and keeping flowers away from heat and direct sunlight.
13. Promotions, gift cards and discount codes
Promotional codes, gift cards, and discounts may be subject to separate terms, expiry dates, minimum order values, and exclusions. Unless stated otherwise, only one promotion may be used per order.
14. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, our liability for any claim arising from an order shall be limited to the price paid for the relevant product or service.
15. Privacy
We handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use customer information when processing orders and providing services.
